Allison Gambill maintains a diverse litigation practice in the area of labor and employment.  She regularly represents employers in federal, state, and administrative courts.  Allison’s representation of employers has involved allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and wage claims arising under Title VII, FLSA, ADEA, ADA, and state employment statutes, among other federal and state laws.  Additionally, Allison has assisted clients with disputes in unemployment compensation, consumer financial services litigation, wrongful death, personal injury, breach of contract, nursing home defense, and landlord/tenant matters.
