Cory Bartkus is a strategic litigator who defends his clients’ interests in large-scale employment and commercial disputes at the administrative, state, and federal levels. He represents employers of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, to address and resolve labor and employment issues throughout the employment cycle. Corey primarily defends against employment discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, ERISA (Employment Retirement Income Security Act), and breach of contract claims. In addition to litigation, his practice also focuses on consulting clients on wage and hour compliance, discipline and termination decisions, and employee compensation. Finally, Corey advises on how to ensure compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
