Kiki Council

Kyriaki “Kiki” Council is a litigator with experience practicing in the areas of complex civil litigation and labor and employment law.  She represents employers and businesses in federal, state, and administrative courts.  Kiki has assisted businesses and employers with allegations of sex- and race-based discrimination, harassment, retaliation, as well as wage claims, arising under Title VII, FLSA, ADEA, ADA, and various other state and federal employment statutes.


Kiki joins Campbell Litigation after working for two years as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at Holland & Hart LLP.  Prior to working at Holland & Hart, Kiki served as a law clerk to the Hon. Alison Eid on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  In law school, Kiki was active on Colorado Law’s mock trial team, winning the Carrigan Cup in 2016, and placing second in the regional American Association for Justice Civil Trial Competition in 2017.  She also served as an editor for Volume 15 of the Colorado Technology Law Journal.
