Brett Whitley joined Campbell Litigation as an Associate after gaining years of invaluable civil litigation defense experience with the largest firm in Arkansas as well as with a mid-sized firm in Denver.  Brett is currently licensed in Arkansas and Colorado.  Brett’s experience includes extensive pre-suit investigation, motion briefing and argument, and taking and defending over a hundred depositions of individuals, like expert witnesses, fact witnesses and other corporate representatives. 

Since joining Campbell Litigation, Brett has used his litigation experience to advise and represent clients in the realm of labor and employment law, including in employment discrimination litigation, responding to charges of unfair labor practices from the NLRB, non-competition and/or non-solicitation contract disputes, wage and hour litigation, and by analyzing employer handbooks to ensure their compliance with applicable law.
