Katherine Bennett is an attorney at Campbell Litigation, in Denver Colorado. Katherine earned her JD at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

At Sturm, she was a recipient of the Provost’s Scholarship and earned LexisNexis+ Research Proficiency Certification. Kathryn also participated in the Student Trial Lawyers Association and competed in the 2022 Mock Trial Advocacy Competition, where she developed and executed trial strategy in a simulated homicide case. While clerking with Campbell Litigation, P.C., she drafted litigation materials, researched federal and Colorado employment laws, and authored weekly legal blog content to support the firm’s business development. Her academic and practical experiences have built a strong foundation for her litigation career.
